Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Damaged products upon arrival
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost in transit

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, used or delivered floral products cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if preparation has not yet begun.
